DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

Place of delivery:
Home, on business days, from Monday to Friday, or internal delivery (PO Box, Posta Restante Requested and Posta Restante Dropped). 

3 delivery attempts will be made, the 1st attempt being on the same day the object arrives at the distribution unit. The 2nd and 3rd attempts will be made on subsequent business days. 

– Delivery to the address indicated by the sender in all municipalities 

– Allows traceability from postage to delivery 

– Up to 3 (three) delivery attempts are made 

– Allows shipping postage grouped by invoice 

– Possibility of home collection (only Legal Entities with a contract). 

Deadline: 

It varies according to the origin and destination of the shipment. 

The PAC order has home delivery, on business days, from Monday to Friday, in all UK municipalities. 

Attention! 

Some exceptions may change the expected delivery time of the PAC order, including: 

– Force majeure (floods, fires, etc.) 

– Retention of the postal object for the purpose of inspection by the state tax authorities 

– Retention of the postal object by judicial authorities 

– Incomplete or incorrect recipient address 

– Difficulty accessing the location (irregular or low-frequency transport) 

– Difficulty accessing the address indicated by the sender. 

Upon return:
The order will be available to the sender for 20 calendar days, when addressing a PO Box, Posta Restante Requested or Posta Restante Dropped. 

Storage periods:
In case of non-delivery, after the 3rd attempt, the order will go to Posta Restante of the Agency closest to the recipient’s address, where it will remain for a period of 7 calendar days. After this period it will be immediately returned to the sender. 

At destination:
The order will be available for collection by the recipient, for 7 calendar days when addressed to Posta Restante Requested or when it is Post Restante Dropped. 

When it comes to PO Box addressing, the order will be available at the agency for 30 calendar days. 

Storage fee:
This fee will only be charged upon return to the sender and from the 8th day onwards. If the exemption period expires on a non-working day of the agency, it will be extended to the first following business day. Consult the value of the storage fee.
